A) The structure of fluorene and fluorenone are given in attached sheet.

B) The fluorenone (C13H8O) is more polar than fluorene (C13H10) due to presence of lesser number of hydrogen and presence of carbonyl oxygen. The carbonyl oxygen increases the polarity due to its higher electronegativity than carbon.
