Two circular current-carrying loops of wire are shown in the drawing. The inner loop has a radius of R0 and carries a current I0, while the outer loop has a radiusof 2R0 and carries a current of 4I0. The currents are in opposite directions. If R0 = 0.20 m and I0 = 1.3 A, determine the magnitude and direction of the netmagnetic field at the center of the two loops.
