Growth rate = 5%

Value of common stock = 1.157625 / 0.05 = 23.15

2) Expected return = Risk free return + beta * Market risk premium

= 2% + 1.2 * (8% -2%)

= 9.2 %

G2 = 5%

P2 = 0.72 * 1.05 / (0.092 – 0.05)

= 18
