every beta oxidation produce 1 FADH2 molecule so total - 10 FADH2.

and citric acid cycle produce 1 FADH2 molecule from one acetyl CoA molecule. so total number of acetyl CoA produced is 11.

so total FADH2 molecule produced is - 10+11 = 21 FADH2.
