The personal and professional goals of an individual is dynamic . It has to be in tune with the nature of work you are doing , the profession you are in and your demographic profile .
Self - Learning is the means of development for an individual . Our education system does not make an individual ready for performing all the duties that one has to face on joining an organisation . Each company trains every employee. So the learning process starts immediately on joining the organisation.On the job training helps employees to live up to organisational expectations better .However not every employee is content with the current position . They have an aspiration for better positions , more learning and the thrill of doing something different.
