Ford also owns other major automobile brands, and is considered the second largest U.S based automaker (behind General Motors) and the fifth largest in the world. Ford has manufacturing operations across the world and has large consumer base attraction. The company enjoys large monopoly and profit in terms of its sale and distribution in the market. Ford employs around more than 200,000 at around 90 plants and facilities worldwide. It introduced methods for large scale manufacturing of cars which includes adapting to latest technology and tools. Ford covers major shares in the market and has tremendously proven its potential across the globe. The luxurious cars that they produce itself is a mark of respect and dignity to all its customers and other competitors. They use highly mechanised technology for their cars and comes up with a unique design in creation and development. Its launches and distribution in the market creates an immense chaos among the mass audience and other stakeholders. They enjoy a healthy competition from other manufacturing companies with great force and power.
