A paradigm is a mental program that has almost exclusive control over our habitual behavior and almost all of our behavior is habitual. Paradigm are the ways to view our self. These are our autopilots. Paradigm are responsible for almost every single thing we have in our life.

When we are doing something that's out of ordinary, the paradigm will try and stop us - if we want to win, we have to keep going. We can find paradigm masked in complacency, fear, worry, anxiety, insecurities, self-doubt, mental hurry and self loathing. We have to stuck these in the box and locked it and this is not easy but the results are long lasting. We have to work harder and reframe.

In my life i am using a powerful tool visioneering , which is where i create of myself being, doing, having the things i want. Practicing this a few times a day will go a long way in helping me changing bad habits and attract the things i want in my life. There are another tool or concept of paradigm :

  • Paradigm shifting : Paradigm shifting is a change from one way of thinking to another and can apply to anything on earth - your job, your married life, your relationship, your home and more importantly your health. Even have your computer or phone prompt you to upgrade to newest software update. So Just like your computer needs to update to the most effective programming - so does your mind. I have two methods of Paradigm shift :
  1. Work Harder
  2. Reframe : I have done it personally. Instead of always looking to be In great shape, I have now set my goal to be In great health.
  • Paradigm Paralysis : It refers to the refusal or inability to think or see outside or beyond the current framework or way of thinking or seeing or perceiving things. Paradigm paralysis is often used to indicate a general lack of cognitive flexibility and adaptability of thing. Paradigm paralysis has been shown to be both situational and linked to individual and group (cultural) characteristics in that people and groups can fall into paradigm paralysis whilst thinking about a particular issue or as a result of the culture they are part of, or as a general reaction to uncertainty or ambiguity.
  • Paradigm effect : Paradigm effect is the effect realized after the shift. It is the beginning of the journey of self-acceptance, self-awareness, growth and change. The effect enables us to create genuine content that gives life to a brand that is authentically ans uniquely our own. It helps to create authentic brands through shifting paradigm and bringing narratives to ;life.

    • Honesty
    • Respect
