The relation between rate and time is inverse relationship.

Rate = 1/ time

Let initial rate = R1

Final rate = R2 = 106 X R1

initial time taken = 10 minutes

R1/R2 = (time)2/ (time)1

Time taken for second reaction with catalyst = (R1 X time taken in first reaction) / (R2) = R1 X 10 / 106 X R1 = 10-5 minutes
