Here is my attempt at getting the answer:
a.) 400 *0.80 / 400 = 0.8 is the mean
b.) sqr root ( 0.8 (1-0.8) / 400 = 0.02 Standard deviation
c.) This is where I am unsure : P( 0.79-0.80) / 0.02 = 1- (-0.5)
