It is important to disentangle persistent learning effects from transitory learning effects because the transitory learning are lasting learning for longer time and it help the learner to use and apply the learning in his routine work habit. Persistent learning is ongoing learning and this learning does not last and does not make major value addition to the individual. So in order to get adequate benefit for the individual from learning, one should make the attempt to use the transitory learning instead of persistent learning. Persistent learning are not that much capable for application and use as compared to the transitory learnings. So one should recommend exploring the transitory learning because this learning makes meaningful impact on the individual and individual can make use of this learning for betterment of his actions for achieving his requirements. Persistent learning will make the habit of the individual as constant learning. So in constant learning habit, the individual thinks that he is learning and he will never get the confidence that his learning is completed and now he need to apply this learning for betterment of his actions and approaches so that he can get the desired result easily.
