Answer #1

1. Blood pressure increased during excercising but MAP stays same.

Maintaining steady functions using baroreceptor reflexes

The stretching of arterial walls, veins and the heart

B.P get increased send a signal to the brain telling to relax the walls

Restoration of B.P&MAP in healthy persons.

2.Transthyret (TTR or TBPA) is a carrier protein in serum and CSF(cerebrospinal fluid) carries T4, Retinol binding protein. Choroid plexus secrete TTR into CSF. During excercising on threadmill, Heart beat faster to pump blood faster to muscles. Heart rate increases to transport O2 efficiently to muscles. So mean arterial pressure (MAP) will start increasing & the cardiac output. Brain loves excercise. The increased flow rate, O2, MAP will make alert, focused and awake. TTR works by releasing hormones into the CSF.
