I have applied human motivation theory which is propounded by McClland's . My performance greatly motivated by three prespctive . 1. Achievement needs , 2. Affiliation and then power needs. Achievement needs make more enthusiastic and passionate towards success . Achievment motivated person become more dedicated , persistent , hardwork and deligent. They are tend to get delayed gratification. They are so passionate to get success and gives their best effort to any task. When I perform any work , I througly dedicated myself in process rather thinking about consequences. This motivation creates basic drive and needs for action. It creates attitude of excellencey. It makes positive self-esteem and self-worth.  

So motivation is inculcate enthusiastic to achieve the goal . We are become mastering of skill and accomplishment. It helps to achieve higher level needs of self - actualization.
