Influencing someone is getting him/her to do what you want out of them.We have been influenced and tried to influence throughout our lives.But when it comes to professional day to day chores,influence plays a major role.
Rational Persuasion is the art of convincing someone to agree with your point of view using facts,data and logical arguments.Rational persuasion is the most frequently used influencing tactic as it is easy to convince someone with proper reasoning and facts rather than using other alternatives.The power of reason is immense as it is the very psyche of human beings to reciprocate and agree with rationality and logical arguments.If a rational persuasion is done without threatening and making the person feel that the idea is best in his/her interest ,it works best.
