As we all know everything has both positive and negative side. As an entrepreneur it is good as well as bad to be around positive, practical or negative people. Every kind of people has their own pros and cons, it totally depend on entrepreneur what he or she takes from them.

Pros of being surrounded by positive people are as follows-

1. They give positive mental health
2. They help in a source of vision- we see ourselves as achievers and work hard to achieve our dreams.
3. Reduces anxiety and depression and helps in gaining physical health.

Cons of being around positive people-

1. Not prepared to face reality because we become optimistic.
2. Never try to put efforts only have faith in God. And we all know God helps those who help themselves.

Pros of being around negative people-

1. Negative thinking prompts us to think more carefully.
2. Well prepared for negative things or results.
3. Expectations are always low

Cons of being around negative people-

1. They negatively affect the attitude
2. Negatively affect mental and physical health
3. Reduces motivation and encouragement

Pros of being around practical people-

1. Gives confidence of making rational decisions
2. Don’t assume things believe on act
3. Helps in being rooted
4. See things on scale on which they are actually happening

Cons of being around practical people-

1. Lacks of emotions
2. Don’t listen to others only do whatever you think is right
3. Only think about one self.
