People around you influence your behaviour since humans are social beings and they want to imbibie the characteristics and behaviours of others specially successful people. People also get influences by the force of personality believing such people to be correct because they have achieved what they desire in life.People therefore knowingly or unknowingly try to copy others in order to be like them and have the same feeling.They also get influenced due to their desire to fit it socially within a group.

It is important to develop a success network since social contacts always help in getting things done. Networks help in gaining access to people whom otherwise it will be difficult to meet.Therefore, social networks provide that one chance to get in and do business with the concerned persons. Success networks also help in keeping negativity out and provide vital knowledge and support to a person. A person can grow professionally due to these support networks.

My success network includes people at the top management levels of the business and the industry as well as colleagues.They also include suppliers and vendors in the industry, other business owners. Professionals from industry and professional networks.
