The best staffing plan involves manning the organizational structure through proper and effective selection, appraisal, estimation and development of personnel to fill the roles designed into the structure. There are many factors influencing staffing plans:

Skill mix is a great ability of proficiency. The skill mixing is how and why to new employer in carrying out the Obsighted function. Skill mixing may range from simple to complex or general to specific. The importance of skill mixing and orientation of new employees to provide close relationships between good nursing care and good ward management.

Care Delivery Model is led by a triad - a nurse a physician and administrator, that function as a team and has the operational responsibility and accountability for patient care quality, service excellence and overall efficiency of care delivery.
