Answer: Commitment to diversity means accepting the changes as well as people of different race, beliefs, region etc. It also includes the equal treatment of the people without any discrimination.

Diversity in the university means it has many of the students, people who belongs to the different race, community as well as they have different beliefs and values. We should always respect others beliefs. These things should not let us divide and create problems in our progress of life or career.

Nurses plays an important role in patient's life, so due to increase in multi culture people and diversity, we as a nurse should be more culturally competent. This will provide patient better care and easy to become better soon. This is ethically correct that one should respect the diversity.

Sharing experiences, communication etc. Are various ways through which we can enhance the knowledge of the students of nursing institution. We can discuss our mistakes which should be avoided by the present students. These things will motivate the students of nursing towards their profession.
