Quality has various definitions but the one that really is followed widely is that which is given by Joseph Juran.

He states that ," Quality, means that a product meets customer needs leading to customer satisfaction, and that all of the activities in which a business engages in should ensure that the product meets customer needs.

Six Sigma is a quality-control methodology developed in 1986 by Motorola. According to them Six sigma is defined as a disciplined, statistical-based, data-driven approach and continuous improvement methodology for eliminating defects in a product, process or service.

Reliability is defined differently by different subject experts. One common definition states that- Reliability is the proportion of score variance that is caused by systematic variation in the population of test-takers.

Lean Manufacturing is a manufacturing system which is featured as relentlessly eliminating waste from all of the activities and operations. It strives to make products on time with optimum resources and which is cheaper than competitors.

According to American statistical institute - A flowchart is a structured graphic representation of a logic sequence, work or manufacturing process, organization chart, or similar formalized structure. The purpose of a flow chart is to provide people with a common language or reference point when dealing with a project or process.
