[A]o = 100 M

[A] = 6.25 M

k = 4.5*10^-3 s-1

use integrated rate law for 1st order reaction

ln[A] = ln[A]o - k*t

ln(6.25) = ln(1*10^2) - 4.5*10^-3*t

1.833 = 4.605 - 4.5*10^-3*t

4.5*10^-3*t = 2.773

t = 6.161*10^2 s

Answer: 6.16*10^2 s
