1. I would recommend the government, the healthcare industry, or healthcare providers to improve the U.S healthcare system to create or develop a screening programme in all the parts of the country and in all the states for different groups and different conditions.

2. The barriers that the government as well as the healthcare systems might face while bringing this change up is that:

A. The cost will be too high for the government to conduct this programme

B. The time would be utilized a lot of the team members of this programme

C. It might not be effective for the population who does not know about this programme

3. There are various solutions to the problems or the barriers faced by the government or the health care team. Such as:

A. The government can utilized the equipments and the staffs of the particular area from the nursing homes or the health clinics paying which can be lot less than paying for new equipments and whole bunch of new staffs.

B. Time management should be done by the memebers and the programme can be organized during the working hour of the members.

C. It can be effective for each and every individual of that area if the people will know about the conduction of the programme and its purpose , hence a lot of advertisement and pamphlets and awareness should be provided to all the people including the children through their schools and adolescents through their colleges etc.
