The following aspects should be considered in order to achieve the goal of unifying the course of education and the labor market, which leads to the development of education and the development of the labor market.
1. Motivation at all levels:
The foremost perspective is to bring about motivation at all
levels. New mechanisms must be applied in education that integrates
education into reality and its needs, and that education should
address the needs, problems, and needs of society. In order to
achieve this, student associations must be established in all
schools and all students should be allowed to enroll in a student
association. A specialized association should be made available in
each field such as medicine, engineering, law, agriculture,
industry, trade, scientific inventions, poetry, story, translation,
Mechanics, energy, security, army, and the likes.
This will ensure that the students are linked from the first year of their first course of work and are lead to their early involvement in a specific path of the labor market. Accordingly, the needs of each track can be identified and covered. For example, scientific disciplines are given additional lessons to strengthen their specialization and raise their abilities and skills. This aids the teacher in helping the student in the literary aspects, to raise their abilities and skills in their specialties, to continue the student's journey since the beginning of the course of study and help achieve a clear goal. It also helps in the identification of that goal from the beginning, an incentive for him to endear the education of the student and transform it from mere obligation and forced one, to pleasure and a voluntary choice.
2. Practical application
Upon learning the tendencies of each student, the students are given information and practical skills. This can only be achieved through practical application, such as a visit program is designed for successful people in their specialties. For example, those who wish to specialize in medicine are assigned a visit to a school to meet the members of the medical society in the school and explain its success story. The implementation of field visits to hospitals to learn more about this specialization causes the students to engage in the visit and inspires them to make the maximum possible efforts to obtain the information and knowledge associated with this specialization, and the same mechanism is implemented for all other disciplines such as Engineering, Commerce Law, Agriculture, Industry, Management, Energy, mechanics, energy, etc.,
This program will not be applied for one day but will be a program throughout the year according to a prescheduled timetable so that all the departments in all disciplines can be covered throughout the school stage. This is to ensure that the student does not complete his studies, without knowing details of the specialization he wishes to enroll in.
3. Organization of distribution according to need
It is necessary to promote all disciplines in the labor market in a balanced manner and to distribute students in the courses of work according to the ratio of the general national need and in accordance with the national education strategy. This ensures that the concentration and assembly of most students in a specific specialty and omission of other disciplines due to lack or weakness in the promotion of other disciplines are avoided. The students are distributed in all disciplines in a voluntary manner so that the students are distributed in all schools with a specific percentage. These ratios are commensurate with the ratio of the requirements for this specialization. The rare specialties that the society and the state need to cover are raised to you in a scientific way based on social studies to know the tendencies of each student and motivation to reach the goal and specialization without coercion. All students who graduate and have a specific goal to achieve corresponds to the proportion of the national need for disciplines they wish to engage in.
4. Stimulate education paths to cover the need.
The national education strategy must absorb all educational
tracks and all students in all schools and universities without
exception to cover the national needs. This should include the
required disciplines with good skill and in a number that covers
their needs.
This should not be a random selection but should have the
advantages of attracting more students to specific disciplines that
have great potential to satisfy the need of the community.
For example, it is noted that the specialties of handicrafts - there is a reluctance to engage students despite the need of the community to this specialty because most students who engage in handicrafts have a justification that it requires a greater effort than the other disciplines. In order to correct this imbalance, there should be appropriate incentives to attract a large number of students such as the implementation of field visits to the centers of the invention and facilitate financial support for the graduates of this specialty to establish small enterprises.
5. Linking schools to colleges and universities
The most important reasons for the imbalances of education is
the lack of linking colleges and universities with public and
private schools. Each university or college keeps its strategy away
from the feedback of schools, which leads to a gap between schools
and universities. This reflects negatively on the student in terms
of choosing the appropriate specialization for the labor
market.
Universities and colleges should make a deep study so that they
schedule and balance the needs of the ministries to the number of
graduates. This will enable the distribution of students in various
disciplines in universities or colleges according to the need of
those ministries, allowing each graduate to find a career after
graduation. This is not only the linking of Colleges and
institutions but linking of all students, which enhances the
knowledge of their tasks. This helps the student join the
Department which he/she wishes to specialize in. This results in
reducing the time and effort, which otherwise is wasted by all
graduates by not setting their goal early. In addition to that, the
link distributes graduates to all relevant sections according to
the need and not accumulated to a specific section by the omission
of other sections.
6. Correcting the admission system in universities
The most important reason for the imbalances in the education system is due to the misuse of the admission mechanisms in colleges and universities. The admission to colleges and universities is subject to strict laws and rates of tests such as Q&Q testing contradict the reality and needs of the state and society. The percentage of admission and level of education in the literary disciplines is low, leading to a failure to cover the needs of the society and the state of the students. Due to this imbalance, thousands of graduates are on the unemployment quay because they were forced to join the literary sections.
Although we find that all hospitals need a large number of doctors and there is not enough to cover the need, this imbalance leads to many students be forced to enter the faculties of literature contrary to their wishes. They are now accumulated in the sidewalks of the streets and unemployed in high numbers. A saturation of their specialties, while there is a great need in other disciplines, has lead them to get deprived because of arbitrariness in the admissions and registration procedures. In order to address this, the mechanisms of acceptance in all faculties must be corrected and linked to the needs of the labor market.
7. Updating the educational curriculum and developing the labor market
If the education is linked to the labor market and the transformation of education goes from theoretical to practical application, there will be continuous development of the education curriculum in line with the labor market. Many new specialties will be added and other disciplines such as nanoscience or space science will be developed. Education curriculum topics in the labor market will be developed, curriculum and specialized sections at the fields of space or nanotechnology will help the students to gain the knowledge, information, and skills required in these fields to meet the needs of the labor market. This will raise the number of qualified staff specialized in this field as well as all the other fields.
The linking of education to the labor market will lead to the adoption of the educational curriculum for developments and modernization of the labor market and the curriculum of education. On taking a closer look, we find that most of the current curriculum in schools and universities are old and that they need to be updated to cope with the tremendous developments. It is unreasonable to teach a curriculum that was written in the seventies and eighties. Therefore, all educational curricula should be updated in line with international developments, especially in scientific subjects in all aspects. Updating the materials, mechanisms, and means of education coupled with the linking of education and the labor market will help keep abreast of the latest around the world.
8. Developing scientific research in schools.
By linking education with the labor market, students in schools and universities will become researchers and developers of the labor market. Many of the imbalances in all areas of the labor market will be tackled and developed, and students will gain great skills and have the experience that will enable them not only to know the needs of the labor market and but also develop solutions to address them. If scientific research was encouraged and facilitated in all schools and universities, all students would become researchers in all disciplines. Schools and universities would be transformed into distinguished research centers. And in turn, universities will become scientific research centers for all ministries and institutions to detect, diagnose errors and propose solutions for them. The transformation of education and the labor market is an important aspect in the community that will aid into moving completely to achieve a social renaissance and a cultural leap that takes everyone from the bottom to the top.

Spence's original education signaling model has been criticized on the grounds that the presence or absence of a college degree is a relatively weak signal in today's job market. That is, although the wage gap between those with and without degrees remains large, there appears to be considerable "pooling” of different levels of talent, ability, determination, work ethic, etc., within the group of college graduates. Consider a variation in the model in which firms use grade-point average (GPA) as the...
