In the given reaction, NO​​​​​3​​​​- ions of Cr(NO​​​​​3)2 are replaced by H2O molecule.

Step 1: Each Oxygen atom of water molecule contains, two lone pair of electrons, and which it donates to the acceptor, hence H2O is a Lewis base.

Step 2: The atomic number of Cr is 24

Ground state electronic configuration of Cr = [Ar] 4S1 3d5

Electronic configuration of Cr+3 = [Ar] 4S0 3d3

Due to the presence of empty d-orbitals, Cr accepts electrons from water molecule and develops coordinate covalent bond.

Since, Cr+3, accepts electrons, it is a Lewis acid.

Hence, among the given options, first option is correct.
