A. CH2F2 is polar due to lone pair of F result in net dipole moment since it is in tetrahedral environment which is assymetrical

B. BFCl2 is also polar due to different halogen group giving rise to net dipole moment

C. Likewise NH2Br is also polar due to pyramidal N having net dipole moment

D. SeO3 is trigonal planar and due to similar O group forming planar geometry net dipole moment cancels out each other hence it is non polar

E. SCl2 is bent shape and lone pair on S and Cl makes it polar
