Health care is an important department of Government and the most important necessity of mankind. Health is the reason why a living one is existing on this earth. So health care is the duty of Government that should be done to the people.

Nowadays the demand for health care increases. Our sophisticated and comfortable lifestyle of physical inactivity lead us to the need of health care at the onset of early age. Increased demand of patients for treatment has been the reason for the newly specialized multihospitals all over the world. Diseases, especially diabetes mellitus and cancer - the two frustrating life conditions due to life style changes- have contributed to the development of hospitals everywhere.

As the demand increases, as a rule and common trend, the price also increases.
