the ethical issues or moral issues are very common in marketing or sales promotion. the forms of sales promotion are discounts, offers, free gifts, free samples etc. the ethical issues which we can found in this is that owner should not make any product information deceptive which could mislead the customers and make them purchase your product.
for example- You offer free gift and sell poor quality lemonade by saying that your lemonade is of high quality and organic while it is not.
The ethical issues is related to environment protection means your business activities should not destroy natural resources like if you make commercial of your product where you waste too many lemons and trees to make that commercial which is not right.
So, i think ethical issues are arised from your wrong and deceptive business activities in this business which should be stopped if you want your business to run for long time. you should make business and promotion fair and true.
