Answer: The 16.9% of the people suffers from cardiovascular disease in the USA. Where the percentage of the cancer is less than the heart disease. In one of the survey it has been reported that people in America die from heart failure rather than cancer.

The major cause to the increased in heart disease is poor lifestyle. Due to excessive work load and busy schedule, people are unable to take proper care of themselves. The increase intake of junk foods, unhealthy foods, lack of physical activities such as walking, exercise etc. increases the risk of heart failure, accumulation of cholesterol. Obesity is one of the major cause of this problem.

This incidence can be reduce by indulgence of people into physical activities and exercise. Atleast 35 minutes morning walk can keep people healthy if they include this in their life. Changing life style such as avoiding caffeinated drinks, less alcohol intake. Healthy foods such as nuts, green vegetables , salamon such be included in the diet.
