a) Magnesium Nitride (Mg3N2)
Ionic because,

Strong electrostatic forces of attraction between positively charged Magnesium cations and negatively charged nitride N(2-) anions. Chemical bonding that occurs between metals and non metals, oppositely charged ions.

We can eliminate that it is not a covalent compound right away as covalent compounds form interactions between non metals.

b) Indium sulfide (In2S3)

Bonding between metal and non metal making the molecule will be ionic

C) sodium sulfide  (Na2S)

This is ionic

D) Barium bromide (BaBr2)
