Office politics is the one which exists between two individual in an organization where business politics exist between two organization. The politics may sometimes be beneficial as well as dangerous for the growth of the organization. A leader has to address this at the right time.

Home based working environment is a growing sector today .It may have many pros and cons.Always to establish a good relationship with employee bare quality a trust is necessary apart from this bonding, easy to approach, good leadership quality, having a through knowledge of what to be done.,assessment encouragement to be there.
