Drink more water to dilute the sodium is the right option. By doing this, we can counteract the high sodium intake. Drinking more water will dilute the high sodium content in the body. The excess sodium will get eliminated by the kidneys. Taking high potassium cannot counteract the high sodium. So the best option is drink more water.
