A. Explain how the community is a valuable aid in the safety/protection of critical infrastructure?
B. Explain 2 resources that helps to reduce risk, addresses susceptibilities, improves countermeasures, and broadens response capabilities. (i.e. iCAV, BMAP, CFATS, CSAT, NISAC, NICC, PCII, CAPTAP, ACAMS)
C. Why is there so many accessible resources when establishing Critical Infrastructure Sector Plans, and is it a good or bad thing that there are a lot of resources?
A) As a community, we can help it this way.
Keep a clean machine: Keep all software on internet-connected devices – including PCs, smartphones and tablets – up to date to reduce risk of infection from malware.
Lock down your login: Fortify your online accounts by enabling strong authentication tools, such as biometrics or a unique one-time code through an app on your mobile device. Your usernames and passwords may not be enough to protect key accounts like email, banking and social media.
When in doubt, throw it out: Cybercriminals often use links in email, social posts and texts to try to steal your personal information. Even if you know the source, if something looks suspicious, delete it.
B)The CAPTAP technical assistance program covers the following topics: • Developing and implementing an infrastructure protection program • Conducting infrastructure site assessments • Using the ACAMS tools
CFATS :- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has created the Chemical Facilities Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) to prevent the intentional misuse of specific Chemicals of Interest (COI) through theft, sabotage, or attack.
CFATS requires laboratories and some non-laboratory facilities to estimate the types and quantities of chemicals contained within the Department of Homeland Security’s Chemicals of Interest (COI) list. Please note the COI list varies for laboratories and non-laboratories. A Chemical Security Assessment Tool (CSAT) Top-Screen questionnaire is required to be submitted to the DHS if these COIs exceed their specific screening threshold quantities within each facility (school or building). In addition to reporting, some such facilities will be required to develop site security plans, implement trainings, and maintain comprehensive records.
C) I has both merits and demerits

The world’s 3 billion-plus smartphones emit the kind of data that health authorities covet during outbreaks. They show where individuals are, where they’ve been and who they might have talked to or even touched — potentially offering maps to find infected people and clues to stopping new ones. But gaining access to this data, even amid a global pandemic, is made complex by the legal and ethical issues surrounding government access to information that can reveal intimate details about citizens’...
How can we assess whether a project is a success or a
failure?
This case presents two phases of a large business transformation project involving the implementation of an ERP system with the aim of creating an integrated company. The case illustrates some of the challenges associated with integration. It also presents the obstacles facing companies that undertake projects involving large information technology projects. Bombardier and Its Environment Joseph-Armand Bombardier was 15 years old when he built his first snowmobile...
Please read the article and answer about questions. You and the Law Business and law are inseparable. For B-Money, the two predictably merged when he was negotiat- ing a deal for his tracks. At other times, the merger is unpredictable, like when your business faces an unexpected auto accident, product recall, or government regulation change. In either type of situation, when business owners know the law, they can better protect themselves and sometimes even avoid the problems completely. This chapter...
