How does the change in temperature CTmax and CTmin compare in the northern and southern hemisphere? Why do you think this trend is seen in animals int he southern hemisphere vs the northern? What's different about the geography of these regions?

Answer :)
Yes, because of the geography Critical thermal CTmax and CTmin differs in both hemispheres. The Northern hemisphere due to the presence of Arctic Circle and Northern temperate zone becomes cool even the heat from the tropic zone of the Northern hemisphere. On the other hand, the southern hemisphere, having more oceans and much less land than the northern hemisphere, becomes warmer.
In the graph, the plot equation is showing the average temperature can bear by the animals of the hemispheres. The northern hemisphere has value of 24.269 while the Southern hemisphere has 40.386.
Due to the large difference in Antarctic cool temperature and tropical zone temperature, the southern hemisphere animals are showing vast difference. On the contrast, the northern hemisphere has lesser temperature differences and hence animals show lesser variation in their surviving temperatures.
