1) Business environment :-

It is basically a combination of both the internal and external environment which affect a business. Both internal and external environment has its own factors which may affect the business in different ways such as making it successful, or help to build relationship with the customers etc. It can be said that the factors which may affect the internal environment are the suppliers, customers, competitors, intermediaries, employees etc. On the other hand, the factors which affect the external environment of a business are demographic environment, cultural environment, technological environment, natural environment etc.
