The pharmacological methods used such as medications used such as antidepressants for the patient suffering from depression. But they also requires some other methods of therapy such as meditation, occupational therapy, counseling etc. The Mental Healthcare Act, 2017 provides the coverage for the patient suffering from mental illness. This includes the diagnosis, treatment provided to the patients.
