earch the nature of finding talented employees, list the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to be successful in today s workforce Give 3 specific reasons why you will be ready to enter the workforce when you graduate.

The fragrance of a flower can be smelled by people in its presence, the flower do not speaks that it is there and it gives the smell. Similarly, the talented employees reflects their cult with their actions and performance. They may not or need not to announce that they are talented and successful people in their respective areas. The skills, abilities and knowledge will be reflect on any or all of the following ways:

• Leadership qualities
• Problem solving skills
• Possessing fair work ethics
• Self motivated
• Effective communicator
• Goal/Team oriented
• Positive attitude
• Intelligence
• Time management
• Human centric etc.

The list may not end, but the above said qualities are most deserving qualities of a good and successful employee.

Reasons for why I wish to be in that group:

1. As of my knowledge, one should become more success in their life, both in personal and professional, and me too. Hence, I need to acquire all the above said abilities and skills, and want to be that kind of employee.

2. If I become a skillful employee, then money, name and fame automatically comes to me.

3. At last I become more happy and satisfied person in my life.
