CRISPR is having two parts. One is guide RNA and other is CAS9 which is a nuclease enzyme. This enzyme break the nucleotide and make them inactive. HDAC is histone decatyltransferase enzyme that make the gene expression inactive. Therefore, cutting of this gene sequence will lead to the continuous gene expression. Hence, option c is correct.
