Answer: In past women health was considered to be related with the reproductive disease and infertility but at present, most women receive diagnoses and treatment based on what has worked for men. There are many barriers regarding health care for women.

Women often face fragmentation in the health care system when they try to meet their needs for reproductive health care and other health care sservices.When the treatment is compared with the treatment given to men, many health providers usually give women less thorough evaluations for similar complaints. They also minimize their symptoms, provide fewer interventions for the same diagnoses or provide less explanation in response to questions.

If we talk about the health insurance then those women who are most likely to have no health insurance are among those who has low incomes, women of color, and women with health problems. They lack health insurance coverage.
