Interference pattern is coherence between two interfering waves i.e they should come from same source.

When two waves are said to be coherent when they maintain zero phase difference forever.As phase difference between two interfering waves is zero ,they may interfere constructively (or) destructively producing bright or dark fringes.

If we consider two flash lights with zero phase difference is not maintained and interference pattern is irregular i.e maximum and minimum are not consecutive.they are in a different way.
