• A elderly patient admitted to hospital for a knee replacement, has underwent a successful surgery.If the patient while mobilizing has not be provided with a skid proof or fall proof floors or hand bars or side bars while walking can lead to fall .This has a direct impact on the hospital function and needs improvement in infrastructure which can give a good performance.
• If a newly trained nurse is caring a very critical casemtgere are high chances for failure and effective care due to no experience in handling the case previously. This will have potential effect on hospital function, The performance improvement can be done by training the staff from basic to complex case with continuing nursing education system .
