As the temperature decreases to -50C from STP(0C)

KE,velocity  proportional to temperature . So both decrease.

frequency of collisions also decrease as the average velocity decreased.

So the answers are

average kinetic energy - decreases

average velocity -decreases

frequency of collisions on walls of container - decreases

from the values at STP .
