The force from the nearer charge,
    F1 = 9x109x5x90x10-18/104 = 4.05x10-2 Nrepulsion
Similarly,
  F2 = 9x109 x15 x90x10-18/10x104 = 1.215x10-2 Nattraction
Theangle θ =Tan-1 (1/3) = 18.43
The angle betwen F1 and F2 is,
          α = 90 + 18.43 = 108.43, Cos108.43 = -0.3161
The resultant force,
                   R2 = F12 +F22 + 2F1.F2 Cosα
                       = (16.4 + 1.48 - 3.12)x10-4 = =14.76x10-4
Hence R = 3.84x10-2N
