a)     maximum magnitude of charge   = 7 * 10-12 * 3 * 104 *0.0011      

                                                           =   2.31 * 10-10 C

b)    maximum magnitude of charge   = 2.60 * 7 * 10-12 * 3 * 104 *0.0011      

                                                           =   6 * 10-10 C
