Answer: The national policy that can be implemented to promote community-level physical activity as making people to ride bicycle for the minimum distance traveling such as around 3km - 4 km. Banning cars and automobiles from using short distance traveling may lead to the indulgence of the physical activities of the people. Cycling is the best exercise one can have in his daily routine where the whole body works out can be done. This policy may lead to benefits to the community as well as people who travel alot. It also saves fuels money as well as it indirectly prevent pollution. The air pollution willl be decreased if people start using a bicycle for covering a short distance. Although it is difficult to implement this policy as many obstacles will come such as older people those who cannot ride a bicycle or those pregnant ladies at home. So, they can walk to some distance or there should be a rebate for the old aged people above 60 years old can travel on bikes or car. Those adults who do not follow the rules, they need to pay fine for it, hence this fine can make many people to use a bicycle. Thus this will lead possible ways to include physical activity in their daily life.
