Obesity

the risk of health problems that affects the quality of life.It is
a condition that is self-treatable,and usually diagnosable and thus
improve the health and wellness and improve the quality and
self-esteem.
Obesity often results from taking more calories in the diet, normally the calories can be burned out by exercise/physical activity and normal daily activities.
It is a condition occurs when a person body mass index is 25 or greater. The excessive accumulation of body fat results in serious health problems in the future. That need to be managed early by participate in proper physical activity. We can self treat the condition by following a healthy life style and healthy eating behaviours that means through the diet and exercise.
As
a Congress person in Washington,D.C,we can adopt a physical
activity guidelines or a National policy for the children and
adoloscents.
The National policy recommendations typically call for young people to be active for 60 minutes per day at intensities in the moderate -to-vigorous range of physical activity.
To meet the national policy goal and its implementation to promote the community level physical activity the steps should be taken from the school-based itself.
Enhanced school-based physical education was identified as effective. The policy is best applied in the school-based community preventive services and thus it will become an effective intervention methods to implement to promote community level physical activity.
Evidence shows that reduction of the population prevalence of obesity will depend on effective prevention,it is not the treatment of the problem, but it is a health promotion strategy.
With the effective utilization of this policy ,and educate the community regarding ,the findings of the prospective observational studies with high quality measures of adiposity and the factors that may increase the risk of developing over weight and obesity are particularly relevant. This body of knowledge has been growing in the community areas.
Educate
the community regarding that children and adoloscents who are at
the low end of the physical activity continuum are at increased
risk of excessive increases in adiposity.
These findings will be helpfully educate the community regarding the promotion of physical activity should be a central component of the public health effort to reduce the childhood and youth level obesity.
The
physical activity provides adoloscents with important health
benefits, most children and adoloscents in developed nations do not
meet the physical activity guidelines.
It is clear that obesity rates are highest in the same nations that are manifest the lowest compliance with physical activity guidelines
Low physical activity is a consistent predictor of increased risk for development of overweight and obesity in young people
The main obstacles in the implementation of the policy are related to the fundamental changes in societies that have had the effect of reducing the demand for physical activity and presenting barriers that reduce the physical activity.
The fundamental changes to reduce the physical activity are reduction in active transport, increased time spending in using digital devices, restructuring of the family/home environment.
The
societal changes or the fundamental changes in the society
represent a challenges that will have to overcome by increasing the
health literacy of the public and improve the awareness regarding
the importance of the policy and its health benefits.
We have to set a evidence -based initiatives that could be launched as apart of the comprehensive public health approach to promoting the physical activity and preventing obesity in young people thus leads a healthy and wellness life without suffering much burden of the disease.
