Solution: Entrepreneurial managers are defined as managers who seek new challenges and new opportunities and go the extra mile in converting these new opportunities into profitability for the company.

Characteristics associated with entrepreneurial managers:

They are very aggressive in approach and command same level of performance from the entire team members.

They look for new opportunities and new challenges and then convert them into profitability for the organization.

They are not afraid to take risks and fail. They work harder and make a comeback from the failures.

Each employee can have different preferences. Employees with large aspirations would like to work with Entrepreneurial managers and whereas employees with limited aspirations would not prefer working with the Entrepreneurial managers.
