1) From energy conservation \Delta H ( system ) + \Delta H ( surrounding) = 0

\DeltaH ( surrounding ) = - \Delta H ( system) = 9.08 KJ

2) at constant temperature \Delta S ( surrounding) = — \Delta H( system ) / T ( surrounding)

\DeltaS ( surrounding) = 9.08 x 103 J / 298 K = 30.47 J/ K

3) \Delta S ( universe ) = \Delta S ( system ) + \Delta S ( surrounding)

\DeltaS ( universe ) = 298 + 30.47 = 328.47 J / K

4) since \Delta S ( universe) >0

so process is spontaneous.answer is yes.
