Self esteem:
The regard or respect that a person has for oneself is called self esteem. High self esteem means a person has a positive feelings regarding the self. Self esteem can refer to very specific as well as general feeling about the self. Eg: a person may have low self esteem regarding physical attractiveness and high self esteem in performing a job very well.
Self efficacy:
A person’s belief in their ability to accomplish a specific goal or task is called self efficacy. It is the belief that one has the capability to initiate and sustain a desired behaviour.
Self respect:
It is the pride and confidence in oneself. Respecting yourself

anything else.
Self actualisation:
It describes the desire that lead to the realisation of ones full potential. A person who has self actualised has reached apthe apex of human existence,I.e., that person has become everything they’re capable of becoming.
