Answer #1

code of ethics - it is the first part of the standard of ethics. it serves as a guide by which certificate holders and candidates evaluate their professional conduct because it relates to patients, healthcare, colleagues and other members of the healthcare. the code of ethics maintains a high level of ethical conduct and safety of patients by certificate holders and candidates by assisting them.

rules of ethics - it is the second part of the standard of ethics. they are compulsory standards of minimally accepted professional conduct for all the certificate holders and candidates. they are intended to promote the safety and comfort of patients.
