If I'm on the place of that manager i will be encourage them to co operate and listen their views about me. Then I'll polish the aspects on which I'm fading and will improve myself so that i get to the level of the employees expectations. Here the qualities like motivation, team work, leadership, coordination, co-operation and controlling will be highlighted.
