Answer #1

The nurses can always be change leaders. Here I will talk about a change leader whom I admire in our hospital. Her name is Christy and she proved why is one of the best change leaders in our organization. She was successful in making a different vision and strategy for patient care. She acts in different roles such as a mentor, a risk-taker and an affectionate care provider.

Her strategies are proved impactful and continue to make a positive effect on healthcare. Her professional and the holistic approach towards patient care made her successful in her profession. She is compassionate, supportive and knowledgable at the same time thus deserves to be the perfect choice to act as a change leader.
