Researches on health care indicates that professional sterotype, tribalism and hirerchy system are major barriers in team working. Team work requires effective relationship and adequate partnership working that is possible when all the professionals work on same platform with same equality. Sterotyping and professional issues in health care creates differences among the professionals and divide their roles on basis of their qualification and perceived responsibilities by the society. For example, the doctopr is perceived to be higher in qualification than nurse and this is true, but steroptyoing and second judging the actions and roles played by a nurses due to this reason causes ineffective team working.
